It´s a picture with a lot of humanity and contact . Is it a doctor treating the child (my first impression) or is it a clown trying to make the boy smile? Or something else? It´s a great photograph.

Yes a wonderful contact...i think the boy want to be painted by the very nice clown and i feel that he is very careful with the crayon.
