If anyone wonders. The blur in the images is from the lens (a tilt-shift lens). I use it to enhance certain parts of an image by controlling the plane of focus - the part of an image that appears sharp. Yes, I use the Scheimpflug principle!
Excellent serie Jan, love the sensation of big fotballfields and small players. It was like that in that age, the vast plains and somewhere on the end a huge goal garded by a tiny goalkeeper.
