Invited guest: Stefano Bernardoni

photographs from the series: Visual tresholds / Soglie visive, 2000-2006 © Stefano Bernardoni

Stefano Bernardoni (1968; Italy) is interested in photography since the early 90's. Works in b&w. Stefano says: "this method, as far as I'm concerned, is the fundamental way of the message's construction in photography. Every part of the photographic process should be controlled by the author, as I do in my own, only this way could make the final message true". Stefano Bernardoni with Massimo Bersani are founders of Terzoocchio in 2004 - multinational photogroup (the third eye). He has several individual exhibitions and dozens of group exhibitions, mainly in Italy, but also in Finland, Russia and Japan. Take a look at his portfolio here. And stay tuned for the next Terzoocchio events...

I like the "wierd" touch of softness...or more like someone where using charcoal and spread the coal out....like in charcoal paintings...
Strange, mysterious mood.
